Hey Pokémon fans,

We have some news to share to you about the pre-order of Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Ideally we should receive the game by 27th Jan (Thursday) and be able to pack and ship in time for next day delivery 28th Jan (Friday).

But unfortunately the games are only allowed to be picked up officially on the 28th Jan (Friday) morning.

After much consideration and to ensure everyone to get to enjoy your game as soon as possible, we are taking actions below:

  1. For pre-orders within our GH rider coverage (www.g-h.store/same-day-delivery/), we are upgrading the shipping method to GH rider (Same Day Delivery).
  2. Whereas for those not within our GH rider coverage, your order will be delivered with J&T Express as they are the ONLY courier service operating on weekends during this festive season.
  3. For self-pickup, starting from 28th January:
    • Outlet: 10.30AM-10PM
    • Warehouse: Fri – 10AM-7PM, Sat & Sun – 10AM-1PM
      (Address: No. 29-1, Block D-1, Jalan PJU 1/41, Dataran Prima, 47301, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.)

  7. Hi, im currently home quarantine until next weekend. I was wondering if i can order a grab rider to pick the game up for me to send to my doorstep so that i can stay sane through out my home quarantine period. Thanks

  9. Hi my original pick up is at the warehouse can i change to any outlet? Also is the werehouse open tomorrow?

    1. Hi, I’m afraid the shipping method can’t be changed anymore due to the closure of the form (mentioned in the blog).
      Our warehouse will be closed tomorrow due to CNY holiday, will be open on the 3rd Feb, you can come to warehouse on the 3rd to pickup whenever you are available.
